At the Edge will be a novel collectively written
by writers from Canada and international locations. These writers will be
collaborating with Canada’s renowned authors,
Gail Anderson-Dargatz
and Jack Hodgins. The story of this novel
hinges on a tragic accident at an urban university in an unspecified Canadian city.
Each of the chapters will be written by a different
author, and each will deal with circumstances in the life of one of the characters
present at the university at the time of the incident.
The chapters for the novel-in-progress have been chosen as
of December 1, 2011. The concluding chapter of the novel will be selected
from submissions sent in by writers from across North American and international
locations.
